THRIVE PILLARS: THE BACKBONE OF THE METHOD

THRIVE METHOD… It’s a way of life.

The #thrivemethod pillars were created to show the 5 areas of our physical & mental state that should be given attention daily. Using these 5 you not only lose weight, but you have more energy, become self-sufficient, gain muscle & overall strength  – you really just thrive at this thing called life!

Nutrition

In the hierarchy of health pillars, this tops the list! What we consume can either inflame our bodies or encourage healthy digestion – it is that simple. This drastically effects our mood, confidence, physical abilities and can help prevent heart disease, diabetes, cancer and other inflammatory conditions.  Don’t know where to start…

Mobility

Increasing mobility can relieve pain, prevent future injuries and enhance movement for your lifetime.  A bad back, tight hips and knee pain are all symptoms of being immobile but are not a permanent diagnosis.  By taking 5-10 minutes every day to move your body through a specific program you will begin to feel better every day.

Breath

The quality of your breathing affects multiple functions in the body and with all the stressors in our modern world, our breath gets lost throughout our day and overtime becomes inefficient. Improving breathing mechanics and diaphragm function can improve digestion, pelvic floor access, bowel and bladder function, as well as improve balance and help correct muscle imbalances.

Strength
